With a HUGE apology, Let’s clear something up...

When I launched You're Not Too Much; You Matter, my message wasn't clear and some of you thought it was a book for veterans.

I own the mistake and I am sorry for the confusion.

That was my mistake in my launch.

Here’s what I meant to say:

💛 It’s a children’s book—designed to help you talk with your child about big emotions like disappointment, fear, sensitivity, and feeling different.

💛 These stories are gentle tools—perfect for bedtime or quiet moments—to help your child feel seen, and for you to feel confident knowing what to say.

💛 The proceeds support veteran mental health orgs, because healing should ripple outward—from families to communities. As we grow we will reach more organizations that help in the fight of mental health. It matters a lot to us.

Reading ages for the book: 6 to 16

This part, my heart, my purpose:

Now an important part to ALL of this - a portion of the proceeds will STILL go to Veteran non-profits to support them and their mission. Veteran support is very important to me - They fought for me, to do what I do, now I fight for them. They matter and this mission matters.
